A classic Lincolnshire sausage with a twist – quite literally. Handmade into a spiral and full of herby flavour from sage, thyme and white pepper, they’re perfect for the BBQ or a hearty midweek meal.
Ingredients: Pork (78%), Water, Salt, Rusk: WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt (Contains E535 Anticaking Agent), Ammonium Bicarbonate (E503ii) (Process Aid). Cooking Instructions: Set oven temperature at 180. Remove from packaging & place on an oven proof dish. Leave wooden skewer in place. Cook for approx. 40 minutes, turning over during cooking till golden brown.
