Our Sausages
At Fulk’s, we make sausages the traditional way – by hand, using quality ingredients and natural casings. All of our products are made fresh to order, and we take pride in crafting sausages that are full of flavour.

Made Fresh to Order
Every order is handmade and prepared fresh. If we don’t have your chosen product available fresh on the day, we’ll offer a frozen option or let you know when it will next be available.
Because we use natural casings, sizes and weights can vary slightly – but your order will always be prepared to the weight you’ve requested, or slightly over. We charge per kilogram or per unit, depending on the product. (If the weight is slightly over, you will only be charged per kg as required, no extra charge).

What You Need To Know

To help you plan your order, here’s a rough guide to what you’ll get per kilo:
Sausages: approx. 12 per kg
Jumbo Sausages: approx. 6 per kg
Chipolatas: approx. 16 per kg
Cumberland Rings: approx. 4 per kg
Cocktail Sausages: approx. 32 per kg

Fresh products: Keep refrigerated and use within 5 days
Frozen products: Suitable for freezing on the day you receive them, with a shelf life of 3 to 6 months
Storage tip: Keep meat on the bottom shelf of your fridge or freeze straight away if not using

Always defrost fully before cooking from frozen.

Order by midday on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for next day delivery: We currently only dispatch on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday due to the preparation & production of our sausages.
Weekly cut-off: Thursday at 12pm – orders after this time are despatched the following Tuesday
Click & Collect: Available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between 11am and 4pm

All of our sausages are made on a site that handles milk.
Some of the seasonings and rusk we use are produced on sites that also handle:
Soya, Milk, Celery, Mustard, Sulphites, Barley and Oatmeal. -
